Critical Careers

At Critical we know that our greatest assets are our employees and we understand it is the know-how, inspiration, energy, and passion of our people that drives us forward. Hiring the best and brightest talents, who share in our vision and ambition, makes us a successful company.

Our parent company is one of the top 500 growth companies in Europe (per BusinessWeek). We are part of that growth story. Our success stems from many factors, but two of the most relevant are the high quality of the people we employ and the pleasure they take in being part of our team.

We believe that excellent people deserve to work for an excellent company. We pursue excellence to the best of our ability in every area. When it comes to employment conditions we don't disappoint.

In addition to the normal benefits one would expect we also have a number that you won't always find with other employers:

  • A Long Term Incentive Plan based on a Deferred Share Purchase Scheme
  • Payment of membership fees to professional bodies
  • Flexible working
  • Group Life Insurance
  • Annual travel insurance
  • A flexible approach to pension provision
  • A 360-degree tool-based appraisal scheme upon which to base our career planning and management
  • Parkland working environment with good access and plenty of parking
  • Cycle racks and showers
  • Quarterly company CPD events
  • Opportunities to travel to company events in Portugal.

Plus a 'Pick and Mix' package of the following:

  • A Health Care plan
  • A Dental Care plan
  • Membership of a local Gym
  • A Company mobile phone

If we're the sort of company that you think you would like to work for then we'd like to hear from you. Please consider our list of current vacancies and get in touch even if it's just to register on our database of potential candidates!

There's a link to our recruitment website at the bottom of our advertised vacancies, or you could simply e-mail your CV to ukjobs@critical-software.co.uk .
