What we look for
We place huge importance on recruiting people that fit into our unique culture. Our employees usually have the following personality traits:

- Open and honest at all times
We also look for the right balance between technical skills and experience, in particular:
- A BSc or higher in a numerate degree (e.g. Computer Science, Electronics, Physics)
- A solid software and/or systems engineeering background
- Some experience in the domain of safety-critical systems (familiarity with safety standards such as DO-178B, OO-56, EN-50128 is of particular interest) is preferable
Also, some experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Ada and/or C/C++ (or similar)
- UML, SysML and/or MoDAF (including experience in Model Driven Development)
- Verification activities (e.g. design and code scrutiny, test case specification and test execution)
- Safety Hazard Analysis (e.g. Fault Trees, FMECA, RAMS, Safety Assessment Models)
- Systems Engineering for safety-critical systems
A current UK security clearance would be an asset. It must be possible to clear those not already holding a clearance.
