Critical Software Technologies has entered an alliance agreement with Harmonic Ltd, an independent provider of specialist management, business and technical expertise, to support Government and Industry in winning and delivering complex programmes. The agreement will result in close co-operation with Harmonic and the complementary skills of each organisation will be combined to successfully deliver new programmes.

HighRely Inc.

HighRely is a leading provider of DO-178B/DO-254 avionics services and software products, boasting the highest number of Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs) and avionics engineers of any services company in its field. HighRely, based in Phoenix, Arizona, has a broad and deep understanding of DO-178B. Under cover of a MoU, this will enhance Critical Software’s capability in high-integrity avionics projects. Furthermore, Critical Software will help HighRely to extend its successful DO-178B and DO-254 training programme for managers and engineers in the UK.

Zircon Ltd.

Trowbridge-based Zircon has an admirable track record of developing software for control centres, train-carried embedded systems and engineering support tools for the rail industry. Like Critical Software, Zircon works to the highest appropriate quality and safety standards.

Tangent Technologies Ltd.

Tangent Technologies specialises in Structural Health and Integrity Monitoring, including Acoustic Emission technologies, which allow the detection and monitoring of crack and corrosion type defects for metallic and composite structures, using fast scan and long term monitoring methodologies. TTL also provide strain/stress and vibration monitoring services using a variety of electrical and optical sensors and systems.

dse Consulting Ltd.

dse Consulting applies modelling and simulation techniques to reduce the risks inherent in strategic decision making. It is the UK’s leading practitioner of Agent-Based Modelling and Simulation. Complementing Critical’s strength in safety-critical and complex systems, dse’s pioneering approach is validated by a track record of delivering significant new insights and strategic risk management tools for clients in complex environments, including aerospace and defence.
