Quality & Product Assurance
From the beginning, quality assurance has been central to everything we do at Critical Software. Coming from a background in high integrity systems this is expected, however we continue to apply the same exacting approach to all our engineering and management processes and activities.
We have developed a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) covering not only engineering activities but all other activities performed within our organisation. Process automation, using Business Process Modelling (BPM), is used throughout to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes.
We have experienced quality assurance engineers who are capable of ensuring your quality and product assurance needs are met. Whether the application of stringent (safety or non-safety critical) standards is called for or you need advice on how to develop your own quality management system, we can support you in your efforts.
