About Quality

Quality has been a strategic issue at Critical since it was founded in 1998. The continuous improvement of software development and systems engineering processes in accordance with recognised international standards has allowed us to reach a high level of maturity.

Quality is an important aspect of our culture; it provides the structure for us to work in a systematic, assured and efficient way. And flexibility is an important property of our quality culture, with processes and procedures adapted to maximise the relationship between our customers and suppliers and us.

We are highly regarded by our customers and external auditors:

” The management review (...) highlights strong performance against improvement targets and business objectives and reports several examples of glowing customer feedback. Despite senior management changes and a challenging economic climate, system performance is high and several examples of improvement of processes were apparent in the sampled activities” – Phil Wain, LRQA Auditor.

“Feedback from the client has been positively glowing demonstrating the inherent effectiveness and quality of the technical work but also a very professional attitude to process improvement.” – Phil Wain, LRQA Auditor.

“The Supply of Service Process is particularly well defined and established and displays a clear, sophisticated understanding of the nature of the service of providing skilled resource to work under a customer’s management system, focussing as it does on staff welfare, communication and customer feedback.”- Phil Wain, LRQA Auditor.

“Overall, quality management appears to be very effective, avoiding many of the pitfalls which companies fall into regarding this topic. ” – Phil Wain, LRQA Auditor.
